Challenge #58: Summer Lovin'

Happy Monday!  Deborah here from ScrappinTheLittleThings and its my turn to host a PGCB Challenge.  Summer is now in full swing and I keep singing summer songs.  Just to give you an idea of how “vintage” I can be - I think of “Summer Lovin’” from the musical GREASE.  Yes, we had to get the movie and watch it after spending the afternoon in the pool.  Great stuff!

So ... here’s the challenge:  Use a summer song in your title or your journaling.

My daughter had her friends over for a pool party and they had the best time!  I just love listening to them screaming, laughing, singing and splashing.  They really do know how to have fun.

Check out what the rest of the Design Team members created:

Jessica - "Happy" by Pharrell Williams

Kristy - "School's Out for Summer" by Alice Cooper

Becci - "My Girl" by The Temptations (changed to Our Girl)

Michele - "Vacation" by The Go-Go's

Due to the July 4th holiday coming up, we are giving you an extra week to complete this challenge! Please link up your project by July 5th.

Although I have been a scrapbooker for longer than I remember.  In the past year I have come to love enjoy mixed media.  And mixed media is just one of many ways to use rub-ons.

I made this 3 piece canvas art.  I just love the whimsical look they have!!!
