Hello everyone and welcome back!
It's another Monday here at The Paper Girl's Challenge Blog which can only mean one thing, a new challenge!
For our tenth challenge (can you believe it?! Ten!) I found a photo to draw inspiration from. While spending some time on Pinterest a couple months ago I came across this pin that I added to my colour board. I loved the vibrant colours and the movement of the piece so I tucked it away and hoped that I could come back to it one day. This challenge seemed like the perfect time!
The mosaic was created and made by British artist, Natalie Warne. You can check out her online gallery here. |
I thought with this photo there was so many different ways to draw inspiration to create a layout or card. The colours, the wavy lines, the mosaic itself, the flowers, the cirlces, the tiles are just some of the many different possiblites. So there is Challenge #10, use this photo in any way you can imagine to create a project!
I love what our talented Team Members came up with!

Hi there! I love the inspirations...but what I want to say is that these are the most beautiful and my most fav. colors in the world! I love the spiral and how you have shown them. It is art in itself. I could look at it for hours!!! I hope you don't mind my art in a journal...that is where all my art is going - I've just been on 10 design teams for cards and am still on a few but taking a siesta from scrapbook pages (my kids) and cards and doing all my art in journals. I LOVE it - no limitations... Thanks. Hugs and love. Samara
ReplyDeleteSamara your journal is great! Make sure to keep checking in for the next challenges I think you will be able to use them for your journal pages easily!
