Challenge #206 - Emboss Like a Boss

Hello everyone! This is Brittany and I'm so fortunate to be here to host this fantastic challenge. I also get to announce our challenge winner from our last challenge AND Q2 winner, which is always my favorite!

Before we get to all the exciting announcements, let's kick of our 206th challenge -
Emboss Like a Boss!
There are SO many ways to add an embossed texture to a project: dry, heat, embossing folder, stencils with paste, etc, etc. We are looking forward to seeing how this challenge inspires you and see your beautiful projects!

Here are a few projects from our design team to get your creative thoughts flowing:

I used embossing folders with a diffuser on this layout and also heat embossed so the white text would show up on dark paper.

I used two forms of embossing and tried out different items to emboss - with mixed results.

I love to use embossing folders on my cards so I pulled out my favorite - swiss dot - embossing folder and made my card.

We would like to thank EVERYONE who entered our Challenge #205
Please help us congratulate the randomly selected winner...

Challenge #205 - Summer Dreams

Welcome to August everyone! Heather here, and I am officially challenging you to create something that screams all things Summer! One of the most iconic summer treats to me are popsicles. I think that popsicles are super fun, and my favorites are the all fruit kind.

For this project, I triple stamped (with coordinating colors) all of the popsicles, then layered them onto a slimline card.

Check out the projects that everyone else made!

Karrie
Summer and camping go hand in hand!

It's a Spring photo, but with plenty of Summer colours and ICE CREAM...along with a process video if that's your thing.  Click on my name to visit my blog to more pics and links to the video and all that good stuff.

We would like to thank EVERYONE who entered our Challenge #204
