Hi it's Karrie up with your challenge for my all time favourite time of the year!
I would like to see what are you doing to get ready for Halloween!
Making decorations, cards, candy apples, homemade costumes?
Getting old Halloween pictures scrapped? Decorating your planner?
This challenge is wide open, show us what you've got going on for this spooky season!
AND
While your considering creating a project for our 'Getting Ready for Halloween' challenge, you may want to consider incorporating the Trouble Maker's color challenge using at least (3) three colors from their rainbow of fall colors, which include: Purple, Green, Blue, Orange, Yellow, Red, Brown, and Neutrals, Gold and Silver, which are also free to use. A fun added optional twist from the Twisted Sister is to
exclude bats from your project. Please visit the
Double Trouble Challenge blog for more details and to learn more about their challenges.
Be sure to link your project(s) to both challenges (Paper Girls and Double Trouble) for additional chances to win! Both challenges end on Sunday, 11/1.
To kick off this challenge, we would like to introduce our amazing guest designer, Meghan Kennihan! Meet Meghan, A Personal Trainer and Run Coach who has a nasty craft habit
on her “rest” day and loves all things crafty – especially card making and
scrapbooking. She says her life has always revolved around creating!
Her style is BRIGHT colors, pattern papers, CUTE, and whimsical creations.
Although she scrapbooks, card making has become her focus
this past year as she has really gotten into all the various techniques with
cards and coloring. She loves her Copic markers, using Distress inks, die cuts,
and stencils.
As you can tell from her profile picture, she is a dog mom to
Maddie, the love of her life. Please visit her blog and check out her “Make Crafty Friends Q & A” on
all the posts to get to know her better!
Megan is sharing two
Haunted House Cards with you today. "When I think about getting ready for
Halloween I think about the house decorations so I thought these SPOOKY houses
would be perfect for the challenge!"
I've gotten into making seasonal gnomes, I didn't invent this but they're easy to do and I think they're the cutest!

Here are more creations from our fabulous team mates:
I created this layout to remember our Halloween night a couple years ago and this card to send to a friend.
I created a fun and interactive card using some Halloween papers and a great interactive die set.
